CERS2 Training Release Version 2.00 (Build 0001)

This was the intial training/evaluation release of the CERS2 project. Due to to unanticipated data migration issues, the production release of both CERS2 portals was deferred until January 6. On December 21 business and/or regulator users could create and manage test data before starting their official facility reporting, and regulator could use the test regulator portal to learn how to use CERS by reviewing and managing test facilities and submittals created in the Business Training Portal.
