Annual HMPB Certification (AB1429):

• • New functionality has been added to the CERS Regulator and Business portals to support Annual HMBP certifications pursuant to AB 1429.
  • CERS EDT Service Tier 2 endpoint (Regular Facility Submittal Query) and associated schemas were updated to include the new Certified status.
  • Any updates to the Tier 6 endpoint are deferred until further notice. Submittals that include submittal elements with a status of Certified cannot be exchanged with the Tier 6 endpoint at this time.
