Preliminary Summary of XSD Changes for CERS 3 (Version 2) Released

In an effort to enable the CERS EDT Implementers Community to review and plan for EDT/schema changes as early in the CERS 3 development process as possible, Cal EPA has provided a summary of anticipated schema changes for the entire CERS 3 project. Please note that some of the changes included in this document are scheduled for future development iterations and have not been fully analyzed at this time, therefore, these items are subject to change at a later date. However, we are confident that this preliminary change document provides the essential information needed to enable the CERS EDT Implementers Community to begin planning and analysis for these changes.
