Experiment and gain familiarity with using CERS by using the Training Portals for Business or Regulator. Existing CERS user accounts can be used for both training and production portals. If you do not have an existing CERS user account, you can create a new account in either Business Portal New Users or Regulator Portal New Users for access to training portals. CERS user accounts can be used for either the training portals or production portals.
