This service leverages Representational State Transfer (REST) architecture for web services coupled with Extensible Markup Language (XML) to exchange data with Unified Program Agencies (UPAs). EDT is a highly complex data exchange protocol that provides a uniform interface to support the processes associated with CERS-UPA electronic data exchange.
