New CERS Feature: Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) Annual Certification

CalEPA, in collaboration with the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) and the California CUPA Forum Board, has deployed a new feature in CERS that allows a business owner/operator to easily meet statutory requirement to annually certify the Hazardous Material Business Plan (HMBP) information in CERS is complete, accurate and, if applicable, meets EPCRA reporting requirements.
